What is your style?

We're obsessed with the authentic.


Whilst we certainly do conduct some formal portraits across the event, such as family and group photos, we ultimately maintain a candid, natural approach in our service.


It's the little details that make each and every occasion unique, and we live for those blink and you'll miss it moments.

 

Who will shoot my event?

Across our team of nine photographers, we pride ourselves in upmost consistency.


Your photographer will be one of these nine. We aren't an agency- so rest assured you won't be getting any random person off Gumtree!


As for weddings- we totally agree that the level of attention needed to capture a wedding vs that of a birthday are on a totally different scale.


Amongst the team are four uniquely specialised wedding shooters, dedicated to covering solely wedding celebrations, ensuring your memories are captured with the quality it deserves.


These four are Josh, Matt, Johnny, and Sophia. We won't send anyone else.

 

How do we book you?

 

Thank you for considering us! To finalise your booking, simply fill out our contact form, or reach out via Instagram/Facebook with your desired service.


We require a $100 non-refundable deposit for all bookings to secure your date, with the remainder due any time prior to the event, or cash on the day.


All invoices come attached with our Terms of Service, where payment of the deposit will constitute as agreement to those terms.

 

What is your cancellation/raincheck policy?

We get it, things happen.


For cancellations occuring beyond your reasonable control (e.g. tragic circumstances, sudden government imposed restrictions, etc.) we will return all moneys paid to us. In all other circumstances, any deposits made to JT will remain non-refundable.


For postponements, we will honour the new date with the agreed package details, unless you wish to alter the desired service.


Sufficient, reasonable notice of cancellation or postponements must be given to JT to ensure appropriate, timely action. Insufficient notice will make all deposits non-refundable regardless of circumstance.

 

Are travel expenses included?

How do we get photos?

Absolutely! All locations within Metropolitan Melbourne are included in all our services, with no hidden fees across the listed pricing.


For regional locations, additional fees ranging between $50-200 apply, depending on distance from the CBD.

 

Gone are the USB days!


We deliver everything through an online gallery, with unlimited HD downloads for your convenience.


You can expect your private link within 5 business days after your event, excluding weddings, which will have a 4-week turnaround time.
